  • Sunday, 31st, 9:00am - 12:00pm

This year the Marketplace will encompass two locations as well as locations outside the building and a section for RVs for sale.

We have scheduled the times for the Marketplace so that Vendors can participate in activities like the Breakfast Social in the morning and entertainment in the evenings. This is where friendships are formed.

Please note that because this location is an event center, you must contact the park directly for early arrival or late departures. The only days that we can secure for you are March 27-31, 2019. We apologize but this is the best way to handle registration for an event location.

This year RVillage, along with several sponsors, will be adding activities into our Vendor Village, as well as some other new be benefits. Please read the updates so you will be aware of the changes from Rally 1.0.

  • Because of the overwhelming interest in this year's rally, all vendors will complete an application. Once this is received and reviewed, you will receive the vendor contract by email with the link for payment that must accompany your contract submission, as well as other documentation requested.  

  • Refreshments will be offered, either sponsored or for sale, inside the marketplace buildings. 

  • We will also hold our ice cream social just outside and between the two buildings. 

  • We will offer author book signings inside the Marketplace at various times.

  • We will offer product demos throughout the day inside the Vendor Village locations.

  • We will hold our RVillage for Newbies seminar in one of the Vendor Village buildings so that people new to the RV lifestyle will have some one on one time with you.

  • This year we will have RV for sale in the out areas of Vendor Village.

  • This year we will offer some special options for Park Owners to participate. This will not just be for those who sell lots but also for parks who are a part of RVillage who just want to expose their park to our membership face to face.

why you should attend this rally

1. Our crowd is the best!

Rally One was crazy and wonderful. It exceeded all of our expectations and the feedback from attendees and vendors was exceptional. Several of our vendors indicated that they did better at our show than many of the others. We know you took a risk on us with Rally One and we are so glad it worked out for everyone. If you were there, thank you again for your participation. We are looking forward to seeing you back at Rally 2.0.

2. We are expecting more than double the attendance from last year!

Rally 2.0 is going to be even bigger and better. We chose the location very strategically. The timing is close to other rallies in the area like our friends at FMCA and it also coincides with the migration north of the snowbirds. The park is over 800 acres with over 600 full hook up sites and hundreds of boondocking locations. This alone was appealing considering we had over 450 pre-registrations. While our goal is 600 rigs, we are well poised to serve many more with the boondocking sites and day passes.

3. You can maximize your ROI.

Our rally is just a short drive south of Perry, GA where the FMCA National Rally will be held just two weeks prior. Our attendees are not the same crowd as those who attend other rallies. We have a large number of members who attend that are new to RVing and rallies. That translates to many new faces to share your product with and get to know. Finally, we structure our rally with the Marketplace hours so that you as a vendor are free to participate in all of the social activities in the mornings and evenings. After all, it really is all about relationships and we want to help you build them.

4. The Price is Right

We have priced the rally this year with your site included. This is feedback you gave us and we listened. We also offer pricing for those who cannot or chose not to stay onsite. Based on our comparison of vendor space rates at other events and the input of vendors that attended Rally One, we feel we are offering great pricing for the value.

Preference will be given to any vendors from Rally One for supporting us in our first rally.

We have many sponsorship opportunities as well as options for putting "gifts" into the Welcome bags. Sponsorships start at $500 and go up. If you would like to be considered for this, please describe what you would like to do below. (This does not obligate you in any way.)

Unlike last year where we guaranteed as part of the vendor sign up that you could do an educational demo if desired, we are not able to offer this option this year because of the number of seminars we can actually accommodate. Seminars will be chosen based on the interest provided from the attendee registration. You will be notified if chosen.

Please check below that you understand that RVillage will not provide computers, screens, audio-visual technicians or support for those doing presentations. We will provide sound equipment and audio-visual for entertainment, from the main stage. and for approved product demos.
