We are so excited to have you join us for Rally 2.0 Spirit of the Road at the beautiful Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park.
To confirm your reservation as a vendor we need the following:
Your Certificate of Insurance (Emailed to Sandy@rvillage.com)
Your signed Vendor Agreement (Step Two Below)
Your choice of onsite or offsite options (In Form Below)
Payment in Full (Last Step of Contract Completion)
What To Expect and Next Steps:
For your booth to be confirmed you must provide all 4 items above. Once you have provided your documentation and made payment for your booth you will receive a confirmation. Booths will be assigned based on date of payment unless otherwise communicated. Our rally team will communicate and update you once a month until we get closer to the rally and then communications will become more frequent. You can always contact us directly in between communications if you have questions.
If you have indicated that you want to lead a seminar or social gathering, you will be contacted over the next 30 days for more information and assignments.
