DISCLAIMER

You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this event and any of the activities during the event are provided on an "as available" basis and that this event makes no guarantees on the availability or participation of any person(s) or activities (b) this event specifically makes no warranties that any of the services, products or services advertised as a part of this event, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION

Ticket purchases are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your ticket and may sell your tickets to another attendee without further notice.

PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: RVillage will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

PERFORMERS/ARTISTS/SPEAKERS/MUSICIANS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Performers, Artists, Speakers, and Musicians are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, speaker, musician or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or cancelled and the event still occurs.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

JUNE 11, 2019 - OCTOBER 31, 2019

You may request a refund prior to November 1, 2019 by sending an email to support@rvillage.com and putting REFUND REQUEST in the subject line. You will be refunded the ticket amount minus a $50 administrative fee. Requests should be received by midnight Pacific time on October 31, 2019

NOVEMBER 1, 2019 - FEBRUARY 16, 2020

All tickets types are non-refundable for ANY reason on or after November 1, 2019.  Should you find that you are unable to attend the rally after October 31, 2019, you will still have the following three options:

  • You may transfer (gift) your ticket to someone else by sending an email to support@rvillage.com and putting TICKET TRANSFER request in the subject line. Please include contact information for the person we are transferring the ticket to. No administrative fee will be charged.

  • You may sell the ticket on your own to someone else and notify us of the name change on the ticket by sending an email to support@rvillage.com and putting TICKET TRANSFER in the subject line. Please include contact information for the person we are transferring the ticket to. No administrative fee will be charged.

  • You can request assistance from us in selling your ticket if your ticket type has a waiting list. We expect to have a waiting list for 50amp full hookup sites and will likely be able to find a buyer for you. If we do not have a waiting list for your ticket type, your best option is to sell your ticket on your own. We will make every effort to facilitate the sale of your ticket to someone on our waiting list. If this occurs you will be refunded your ticket amount minus an administrative fee of $50. Send an email to support@rvillage.com and put RESALE TICKET in the subject line and we will get back to you with your best options for selling your ticket.

Please note that refunds could take up to ten days to process depending about your bank or credit card provider.

RAIN OR SHINE

Unless otherwise determined by the RV Friend Network, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No special refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

CANCELED/POSTPONED EVENTS

In the unlikely event that Spirit of the Road 2020 has to be cancelled or postponed for any reason, we will attempt to contact you via email to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for the event.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that in no way shall this event, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this event had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this event, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this event or any of the services.
