These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

DISCLAIMER

You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this event and any of the activities during the event are provided on an "as available" basis and that this event makes no guarantees on the availability or participation of any person(s) or activities (b) this event specifically makes no warranties that any of the services, products or services advertised as a part of this event, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION

Ticket purchases are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your ticket and may sell your tickets to another attendee without further notice.

PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: The Promoter will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

PERFORMERS/ARTISTS/SPEAKERS/MUSICIANS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Performers, Artists, Speakers, and Musicians are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, speaker, musician or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.

REFUND POLICY 

You may request a refund prior to November 1, 2019 by sending an email to support@rvillage.comand putting REFUND REQUESTin the subject line. You will be refunded the ticket amount minus a $50 administrative fee. For other options, see bullet points below.

Tickets are non-refundable on or after November 1, 2018.  Requests should be received by midnight October 31, 2018. Should you find that you are unable to attend the rally you have the following three options:

  • You may transfer (gift) your ticket to someone else by sending an email to support@rvillage.com  and putting TICKET TRANSFERrequest in the subject line. No administrative fee will be charged.
  • You may sell the ticket on your own to someone else and notify us of the name change on the ticket by sending an email to support@rvillage.com and putting TICKET TRANSFER in the subject line. No administrative fee will be charged.
  • You can request assistance from us in selling your ticket by sending an email to support@rvillage.comand putting RESALE TICKETin the subject line. Because we fully expect to be in a sold out situation, we will make every effort to facilitate the sale of your ticket to someone on our waiting list. If this occurs you will be refunded your ticket amount minus an administrative fee of $50. 

Please note that refunds could take up to ten days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

RAIN OR SHINE

Unless otherwise determined by the RV Friend Network, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No special refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter or venue of an event.  Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for the event. For exact instructions, if the event is cancelled or postponed, please check the event website online or contact us via support@rvillage.com. If the cancellation warrants a refund based on our Terms and Conditions Policy, then the RV Friend Network team will give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. This will occur automatically within two weeks of cancellation without the ticket holder's request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that in no way shall this event, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this event had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this event, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this event or any of the services.

EVENT BADGES 

During the registration process you will be asked to indicate the names to be put on the badges for the rally. These are required fields and you must indicate the names on any persons 18 years of age or older that will be attending if you want to receive the pre-printed badges with the name you choose on them. If you do not put the correct information in the badge fields, we will create hand-written badges for you upon arrival. Please note we cannot be responsible for errors in names on badges or lack of printed badges if you do not complete this information correctly during registration.
