Rally 2.0 Ticket Questions
What is included in the ticket price to Rally 2.0?
The ticket price includes your site (if camping on site) for 5 days and 4 nights, all activities, seminars, the entertainment, live music, dancing, discussion groups, morning coffee and donuts, ice cream socials, tram transportation while you're in the park, security, and SO much more.
Why does the registraton form ask so many questions?
This year we learned from our first rally and from parks in general as they register people for sites. Most of the questions we ask relate directly to us being able to provide the best experience for you at the rally. For instance, putting the name you want to be called on your name badge and not what is on your credit card…when we know these things, we can prepare in advance, keep you updated, and make adjustments as needed so that we can strive to exceed your expectations and ours!
Can I arrive before Rally 2.0 begins?
Please contact the venue directly to make reservations if you would like to arrive before March 27, 2019.
Venue Contact Info:
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and Campground
*Please be aware that you may have to move once the Rally begins. We will do our absolute best to not have this happen and to keep you in the same site for the rally, but there are a lot of factors that go into our site layout (some of which the park won't be able to anticipate ahead of our event). For example, If you book a different site type for early or late days for any reason, (availability, cost, etc) (50 vs 30 as an example) you may be required to move to a different space on the 27th and/or 31st. Other reasons you may have to move: You are in a site designated for our vendors. You are in a site that we need to give for a mobility impaired or handicapped guest.
Can I stay after Rally 2.0 ends?
Please contact the venue directly to make reservations if you'd like to stay after March 31, 2019.

What is the cancellation policy? Can I get a refund?
You can read all about our cancellation and refunds policy by clicking HERE.
Why is there sales tax on my purchase?
Due to the Supreme Court ruling on June 21st, 2018 we have been advised by our tax accountant that we must change sales tax for all of our online sales, which includes tickets to the RVillage Rally 2.0.
What if the site type I want is sold out?
We recommend that you go ahead and purchase your ticket for one of the available site types and then add your name to the waiting list for your desired site type. There will be cancellations between now and the date of the event. If you are on the waiting list, we will contact you if your desired site type comes available. You can find the waiting list by clicking HERE.
Is there a waiting list for the 30AMP and 50AMP Full Hookups?
Yes! You can find the waiting list HERE. Make sure that you go ahead and purchase a ticket for one of the other available site types so you can upgrade to a 30AMP or 50AMP Full Hookup site if one becomes available.
Rally 2.0 questions
When is Rally 2.0?
RVillage Rally 2.0 is taking place March 27-31, 2019 for 5 days and 4 nights.
Arrival: March 27, 2019 8am until ?
Departure: March 31,2019 by 3pm
Can I bring my pet to the Rally?
Yes, you can! (no extra fee for pets) While it states on the venue website that pets are not allowed, we have made sure that our rally attendees can bring their furry family members. It wouldn't be a rally without them! The normal "pet" rules will apply. Please make sure you do not leave your pet unattended, and your pet must be on a leash at all times. Your pet must have a current rabies vaccination, and you must have documentation. There are no breed restrictions, but please let common sense apply and do not bring aggressive pets into common areas. Please pick up after your pet. If there are any other questions, just let us know.
What does Rally Style Parking mean?
You will often hear the term "rally style parking"; in general this refers to two things. First, it means that the parking crew will assign each rig a site as they arrive. There will be a large number of rigs arriving in a short amount of time, and rally style parking allows us to get everyone in a site as quickly as possible. If you'd like to park with friends, you should arrive together so that our crew can park you together. Second, you may have to "share" some service hookups like sewer and water. We do NOT anticipate this to be the case at Rally 2.0 as we have over 600 full hookup sites available along with hundreds of boondocking sites.
What if I am a "single" person coming to the event?
First, we changed our pricing based on your feedback from Rally One. This year, the base ticket pricing for the event is for one person in one rig. There is a very small fee added for more than one person in one rig. There is no need to worry that you are paying for more than one person when you purchase your ticket. Second, you will have lots of company. We had many singles at Rally One and based on their feedback, we did a great job incorporating them into everything. Rally 2.0 is more about community and family, whether you're married or single, you will feel welcome and included. Promise!
What kinds of things will be going on at Rally 2.0?
If you are new to rallies, you may be asking, "what is there to do at a rally?". During the day you will find educational seminars and speakers, TONS of social gatherings focused on common interests, (like crafting, cooking, mechanical repairs and more). You will also find time to connect with those around you and during the activities and entertainment. We are a super friendly bunch so there are no worries about making friends with new people! There will be organized games and activities for all ages. Finally, in the evenings you will have amazing entertainment opportunities with live music, dancing, eating (BIG potluck!), the restaurant, and our trademark Fire Central gatherings that last long into the night, or as long as you want it to last! Besides that, you will have the opportunity to visit our Vendor Village where some of the best businesses in the RV Industry are represented. You'll be able to find everything from storage containers to motorhomes. Within the park, there will be organized events on the river or nearby... kayaking, canoeing, biking, morning walks, morning coffee socials, and more. All of this before you even venture outside the gates! Watch the website for more information.
What if I have special dietary needs?
If you have special dietary needs, you will need to fully attend to those yourself, as we are not providing meals and cannot be responsible for over 1200 individual health issues. We hope you understand.
What if I am handicapped or have mobility issues?
Many people who attend rallies have mobility issues whether defined as handicapped or not. If you let us know on the registration form, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you require a handicapped space for your RV, please make sure you arrive with your handicap vehicle signs and have them visible in your rig windshield.
How do I sign up as a vendor?
The first step to becoming a vendor is to fill out our vendor application. You can find the application HERE.
As a first time rally attendee, what should I know?
If this is your first time at a rally you should know that the RVillage Rallies are different than most. We are all about having a great time together and making friends so we can share in our passion for RVing together. You should expect to arrive as a guest and leave as friends. You should expect to make friends easily. You should plan for things like power, sewer or water outages. While we don't expect this to happen we always recommend that you arrive at any rally with your water tanks full and your waste tanks empty. There will be planned activities each day including educational seminars, (free with ticket), an amazing Vendor Village with great vendors who are also a part of the RVillage family and great products, activities and social gatherings, and at this particular event lots of music, dancing, and campfires.
How many people are expected at this rally?
As of this writing, August 2018, we are planning for 600 coaches and an estimated 1100 people. There will also be day passes which will add approximately 300 guests per day. We expect to sell out this event so grab your tickets early if you can.## What kinds of people attend RVillage rallies? RVillage is a completely diverse group of RVers. All style of rigs. All ages, all status of married, single, divorced, widowed, partnered...you name it. We have a growing number of young families many traveling with friends. We are a mixture of full-timers, part-timers, and occasional campers. We also will have many attend who are tent campers and are looking for advice and expertise on their first rig! The most important thing to know is we are all-inclusive. Within RVillage we are all different...but we are all RVers.
What type of things are prohibited?
This is a no gun facility. No weapons of any sort cannot be carried on your person in the park. (campground policy), nudity in public spaces is prohibited, no lewd behavior, no violence, no public drunkenness, no fireworks, no fires outside of designated areas, no clotheslines, no ground tests, no destroying trees or property, no washing RVs or cars in the park. As a good rule of thumb, PLEASE don’t do anything that is not allowed or that would make you ashamed if your family knew you did it.
What type of things are allowed?
Cameras, phones, bags, RVs in designated camping spots, open toe shoes, smiles, laughter, helping out your neighbor, helping us out if we need your cooperation, cars parked in designated parking areas, a sense of ENTHUSIASM! :-)
Spirit of the suwannee Music park questions
What is the park address?
The address of the park is:
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park
3076 95th Dr.
Live Oak, FL 32060
What is transportation like inside the park?
This park is HUGE! You will not have a problem getting your exercise each day, but when you are tired of walking there are other options. We will have multiple trams running throughout the park from early morning until after the last planned event. The park is large and lots of parking is available at different activity locations. If you drive your car around, the speed limit is 10 MPH. STRICTLY ENFORCED! You can also use your own golf cart, or rent a golf cart on site. If you bring your own golf cart, you must show proof of insurance. If you do not have insurance, the park management can help you. Bicycles are encouraged as they are a great way to get around, get some exercise, and leave a minimal impact on the beautiful park.
Are there showers on site?
Yes, there are showers and restrooms at the venue for attendees to use.
Will there be rental golf carts?
Yes, there are golf carts that can be rented that are owned by the park. You can rent these directly from the park for $35.00 per day, but you must call and reserve them early. The Park office number is (800) 224-5656 and please let them know this is for the RVillage Rally when you reserve. We are working on a backup option with an offsite vendor if we exceed the number available at the park.
Why do I need insurance for my personal golf cart?
The state of Florida requires that Golf Cart used in public locations be covered by insurance. Because of this our event location must follow these rules. If you do not have insurance but would like to bring your golf cart, you can contact the park directly and one of the staff can help you obtain a temporary policy.
Can I ride my bike?
