Spirit of the Road questions

Can I bring my pet to the Rally?

Yes, you can! There is no extra fee for pets. While it states on the venue website that pets are not allowed, we have made sure that our rally attendees can bring their furry family members. It wouldn't be a rally without them! The normal "pet" rules will apply. Please make sure you do not leave your pet unattended, and your pet must be on a leash at all times.

Suwannee County Code Section 14-33 requires all pets to have an ID tag that includes the owner's name and current phone number. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required. You must bring copies of documentation and fill out the venue's Pet Registration Form. Please download, print, and fill out this form before your arrival to expedite the checkin process. Forms will also be available on site.

There are no breed restrictions, but please let common sense apply and do not bring aggressive pets into common areas. Please pick up after your pet. If there are any other questions, just let us know.

What kinds of things will be going on at Spirit of the Road?

RVillage rallies are unique in that our main goal is for attendees to connect and meetup with fellow RVers. Our days and nights will be filled with opportunities for you to meet new friends.

If you are new to rallies, you may be asking, "what is there to do at a rally?". During the day you will find educational opportunities and social gatherings focused on common interests. Vendor Village will also be open. Stop by to find products and services to enhance your RV lifestyle. Take advantage of the opportunity to talk to and learn from company reps in person.

There are also plenty of recreational opportunities available within the 800 acre park. Activities include bike riding and hiking trails throughout the park, canoeing and kayaking on the river, and fishing on the lake.

In the evenings, you will have amazing entertainment opportunities with live music, dancing, eating (BIG potluck!), and our trademark Fire Central gatherings that last long into the night, or as long as you want it to last!

Watch the website for more information.

What if I have special dietary needs?

If you have special dietary needs, you will need to fully attend to those yourself, as we are not providing meals and cannot be responsible for over 1200 individual health issues. We hope you understand.

What if I am handicapped or have mobility issues?

Please contact us directly at so we can help you book a suitable site. There will be multiple trams running throughout the park from early morning until after the last planned event. The park is large and lots of parking is available at different activity locations if you choose to drive your car/truck around. You can rent a golf cart or bring your own (must provide proof of insurance and pay a $35 fee). Electric scooters are encouraged as well.

Is there an event app?

The venue's WiFi will not reliably support the large number of people we have coming to our event. Cell phone data can be spotty for some services.

How do I sign up as a vendor?

The first step to becoming a vendor is to fill out our vendor application. You can find the application HERE.

How many people are expected at this rally?

As of this writing, June 2019, we are planning for 600+ rigs and an estimated 1200+ people. There will also be day passes which will add approximately 300 guests per day. We expect to sell out this event so grab your tickets early if you can.

What type of RVers attend RVillage rallies?

RVillage is a completely diverse group of RVers. All style of rigs. All ages, all status of married, single, divorced, widowed, name it. We have a growing number of young families many traveling with friends. We are a mixture of full-timers, part-timers, and occasional campers. We also will have many attend who are tent campers and are looking for advice and expertise on their first rig! The most important thing to know is we are all-inclusive. Within RVillage we are all different...but we are all RVers.

What type of things are prohibited?

This is a no gun facility. No weapons of any sort cannot be carried on your person in the park. (campground policy), nudity in public spaces is prohibited, no lewd behavior, no violence, no public drunkenness, no fireworks, no fires outside of designated areas, no clotheslines, no ground tests, no destroying trees or property, no washing RVs or cars in the park. As a good rule of thumb, PLEASE don’t do anything that is not allowed or that would make you ashamed if your family knew you did it.

What type of things are allowed?

Spontaneous Get-Togethers, cameras, phones, bags, RVs in designated camping spots, open toe shoes, smiles, laughter, helping out your neighbor, helping us out if we need your cooperation, cars parked in designated parking areas, a sense of ENTHUSIASM!

We will have multiple trams running throughout the park from early morning until after the last planned event. The park is large and lots of parking is available at different activity locations. If you drive your car around, the speed limit is 10 MPH. STRICTLY ENFORCED! You can also use your own golf cart, or rent a golf cart on site. If you bring your own golf cart, you must show proof of insurance. If you do not have insurance, the park management can help you. Bicycles are encouraged as they are a great way to get around, get some exercise, and leave a minimal impact on the beautiful park.

Will there be rental golf carts?

Yes, there are golf carts that can be rented that are owned by the park. You can rent these directly from the park for $35.00 per day and they must be rented for the entire duration of the event. You must call the Country Store to reserve. The phone number is (386)364-4841. Please let them know this is for the RVillage Rally when you reserve. Reserve early as these will probably sell out.

Why do I need insurance for my personal golf cart?

Yes! Bikes are encouraged in the park. You must wear a helmet when riding.
